This page describes the contents of the PatchMaster data import dialog.
File parameters. The parameters are:
A list of the groups in the file. For each group the following information is displayed:
Only one group can be selected at a time.
A list of the series within the selected group. For each series the following information is displayed:
Only one series can be selected at a time.
A list of the sweeps within the selected series. For each sweep the following information is displayed:
The duration of the sweep is the number of samples times the sampling interval within the series. For example, if the sampling interval for the series is 100 microseconds, and the number of samples is 2000, the sweep duration is 200ms.
Note however that not all channels need have the same sample count. This number represents the largest sample count of the channels.
Note that the channel data may be decimated in which case the number of samples stored for the channel will be less than the series sample count. In this case, the data will be resampled by interpolation by the import filter to have the same sample interval as originally recorded.
An arbitrary collection of sweeps can be selected.
A list of the acquired data channels within the file. For each channel the following information is displayed:
You can select an arbitrary collection of channels.
A list of the stimulus channels used. For each stimulus channel the following information is displayed:
You can select an arbitrary collection of stimulus channels.
A graph of the currently selected data.
Vertical lines delimit the data that will be imported. You can move the lines by dragging them with the mouse.
